塑料模具的主要功能要求塑料薄膜成型加工中,模具的质量对产品质量的保证作用是不言而喻的。不同类型的塑料制品、不同产品的成型工艺,对模具的资料、功能、形状都有不同的要求。
The main function of plastic moulds requires that the quality of moulds plays an important role in the process of plastic film forming. Different types of plastic products and forming processes of different products have different requirements for the information, function and shape of the mould.
1.耐热功能随着高速成型机械的出现,塑料制品出产速度加快。由于成型温度一般在160~350℃之间,有的流动性欠好,成形速度又快,会使模具部分成型表面温度在极短时间内超过400℃。当模具的作业温度较高时,会使模具硬度和强度下降,导致模具早期磨损或产生塑性变形而失效。为保证模具在使用时的精度及变形细小,模具钢应有较高的耐热功能。为削减温升,模具钢应有杰出的导热性及较低的热膨胀系数。

Because the forming temperature is generally between 160 ~350 C, some of them have poor fluidity and fast forming speed, which will make the surface temperature of part of the mould exceed 400 C in a very short time. When the operating temperature of the die is higher, the hardness and strength of the die will decrease, which will lead to early wear or plastic deformation of the die and failure. In order to ensure the precision and fine deformation of the die in use, the die steel should have high heat resistance. In order to reduce temperature rise, die steel should have excellent thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
2.在作业温度下具有满意的温度模具的作业条件大多十分恶劣,有些常接受较大的负荷,然后导致脆性断裂。挤出成型压力较大,一般为10~35MPa。因此,为防止模具零件在作业时突然脆断,模具要具有较高的强度和韧性。
