Basic concept of cleaning up septic tank
1．厕所：具有围护结构、便器和贮粪设施，供人们大小便用的卫生设施。
1. Toilet: a sanitary facility with enclosure, toilet and fecal storage facilities for people to urinate and defecate.
2．卫生厕所：有墙、有顶，厕坑及储粪池无渗漏，储粪池有盖，厕室清洁，无蝇蛆，基本无臭味，粪便及时清除。具有无害化处理设施的卫生厕所称无害化卫生厕所。

3.粪便无害化处理：是利用物理、化学或生物学的原理和方法以杀灭或去除粪便中的病原微生物、寄生虫卵和控制苍蝇孳生、消除恶臭、防止环境污染，同时还能保持粪便的肥效，处理后的粪便可以安全地应用于农业。
